We do believe that our WebSupport customers are best served by the convenience of a single, one-fee support plan that includes access to all support features, including Email and product updates. WebSupport customers who integrate Telisma products can rely on WebSupport for assistance.

WebSupport program features fall into four core areas:
 
  • WebSupport Email: access to Email support according to customers's agreeement. 
  • WebSupport Online: online self-service, case reporting and tracking, product enhancement requests, access to our comprehensive knowledge base.
  • WebSupport updates: any new product release that becomes generally available, plus service packs and patches.
  • WebSupport Informer: brings Telisma news to WebSupport customers directly to their desktop via Email.

 WebSupport Email


The WebSupport Email connects users with professionals who can answer their questions.

Teams of highly trained technical support engineers and product specialists are at your disposal for any question at support@telisma.com.



 WebSupport Online


WebSupport Online is a web-based support network that provides access to a collection of Telisma technical resources at any time of day or night, anywhere in the world, all year along.

Use WebSupport Online to:
  
  • report a problem or check the status of a case.
  • log product enhancement requests. This exclusive service for WebSupport customers provides a means for communicating directly with Telisma Product Management.
  • search the knowledge base: a fast and easy-to-use online technical research library containing hundreds of technical bulletins.


 WebSupport Updates


In addition to the technical support offerings included in a Support Agreement, our customers benefit from all product updates that are issued for the covered product during the support year, plus service packs and patches. Many of these are downloadable from our FTP site.

Continual access to the latest product versions means that our customers move forward without any interruption, or any purchasing cost for each update individually.

Products updates, service packs and patches are either downloadable via the FTP site or issued on CD-ROM.



 WebSupport Informer


WebSupport Informer brings Telisma news for WebSupport customers, who are notified by Email of new service packs and patches.
